Brothers Raghu And Rajiv Team Up For A New Venture
After being the brains behind highly successful TV shows like ‘Roadies’ and ‘Splitsvilla’, Indian television’s most popular celebrity twin brothers, Raghu Ram and Rajiv Lakshman are all set to team up for a new venture.
After successfully launching Masterchef India and creating new concepts in the digital content space through properties such as Roadies Battleground and Hitched for a high-street clothing brand, twin talents Raghu Ram and Rajiv Lakshman are launching their new venture, Monozygotic — a content and brand communications studio.
They believe this endeavor is the culmination of their two-decade long careers. “Monozygotic means identical twins,” explains Raghu while Rajiv adds, “It’s life coming full circle as the two of us finally join forces to form one entity.” The studio will focus on content creation across mediums like television, digital and on-ground and offer brand consultancy for clients across industries. The core of this enterprise is based on creating multimedia formats, optimizing technology and creating consumer engagement.
Raghu Ram is one of the most popular faces in India and had gained popularity in many different parts of the world due to his fearless attitude.
Raghu started at MTV India supervising shows including MTV Love Line with Malaika Arora Khan and Cyrus Broacha, video jockeys (VJ)s, and also lead MTV Select and the first few seasons of MTV Super Select with VJ Nikhil Chinapa. His idea of MTV Roadies was accepted as an experimental project by MTV in 2000. Wishing the talented brothers the very best in this new endeavor.
