Chilli Paneer
Chilli Paneer is a delicious dish which is dissolve in the mouth appetizer flavoured with all the cultural Chinese flavours is an all time choice that is truly simple to prepare.
Ingredients:
Batch -1
- 15 small cubes Panneer or Tofu
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- Water for paste
- 1 Egg
- 1tbsp All purpose flour
- Salt to taste
Batch -2
- Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 or 2 chopped Green chilli
- 1/2 chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Chilli Garlic sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped Colored Peppers
- 1/2 tbsp Chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 strands Cury leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- Chopped Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Mix all the elements of Batch-1 excluding paneer.
- Now combine the paneer to the combination and mix up well to coat the paneer pieces properly.
- Take oil in the frying pan and fry the paneer pieces.
- Take oil in a pan and heat some oil. Add GG paste, cumin seeds and saute for 1 minute.
- Add onions and fry a little.
- Combine the remaining elements under batch-2 and cook it for 3 minutes.
- Now add the fried panneer to this combination and stir fry for 2 mins.
- Delicious dry chilli panneer is prepared.
