She did her first TV ad for Eveready Battery with Akshay Kumar. Elli has felt connected with India since she was 5 years old and Bollywood has always been her dream. Apart from acting Elli is good at  Bollywood dance and also mastered in styles like Kathak, Bharatnatyam, jazz, ballet, belly-dance and bhangra.
