Herbal Pasta is an amazingly delicious recipe which contains full of nutrition. It is easy to cook and healthy dish.
- 1 cup Pasta
- 4 cups Water
- 5 stems finely chopped Cilatro
- finely chopped Basil
- 1 Lime
- 3 tbsp Yogurt/ Curd
- 1 cup Veggies (preferably green veggies like green beans, asparagus, celery etc)
- 1 finely chopped Green chilli
- Salt to taste
- Firstly take water in a bowl and bring it to a boil.
- Now add pasta and let cook for 3 minutes, until it is half cooked.
- Now add the vegetables and cook for an additional 6 minutes until all becomes soft but still firm.
- Drain the water from it and keep them aside.
- Meanwhile mix the herbs like cilantro and basil along with yogurt.
- Take oil in a frying pan and heat it. Add green chillies and lime zest. Now add the pasta and the herbal paste and toss it together.
- Finally add few drops of lime juice.
