Manoj Chandila Roped In For ‘Saathiya’

Star Plus’ ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya’, produced by Rashmi Sharma Productions is enjoying a great run with its interesting storyline. Now, to add to the drama quotient, the makers will now introduce a new character into the thick of things to make the story more interesting.

Now, according to reports, the very talented actor Manoj Chandila would be seen playing an important role in the show.

The guy who was last seen in an important negative role in Rashmi Sharma’s ‘Meri Desh Ki Beti Nandini’ will once again shoot with the same production house, and this time he will play the role of a teacher.

A reliable source informs, “This character will create a lot of heartbreak in the relationship of Gopi (played by Devoleena Bhattacharjee) and Ahem (played by Mohammad Nazim). He will enter the Modi Niwas as the teacher to all the kids in the house, especially Meera. This will be when the guy will fall head-over-heels in love with Gopi. He will also have a negative streak in him.”

Apparently, the actor  Manoj Chandila will be attempting something very different through this role. He will be seen in a typical nerd’s look, and his attitude and mannerisms will be different from that of a normal male’s.

Manoj Chandila was unavailable for a comment. Even the producer of the show, Rashmi Sharma refused to give any comments.
