Samosa Chaat
Chaat is a famous Indian savoury snack existing in numerous variations. It is spicy, tangy and sweet and a well-liked street food in India. Samosa Chaat is served by adding a plate full of peas or chole masala, mashed samosa with newly cut veggie toppings and a dash of lemon goodness.
Ingredient:
- Channa Masala
- Coriander Powder
- Cumin Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Finely chopped Onion
- Chat Masala
- Red Chilli Powder
- 2 Samosa
- 1 cup White Peas
- Water
- Curd
- Green Chutney
- Sweet Chutney
- 1 bunch Coriander Leaves
Method:
- Firstly boil White peas and keep a side.
- Take butter in a frying pan and add butter, peas,onions, tomatoes chopped cook till both are soft.
- Add salt,red chilli, cumin,coriander, chat masala, channa masala, if required water mix well.
- Now add somosas mash little bit cook for 3 min then add green chutney, green chutney mix well.
- Transfer into a plate and top it of with onions, tomatoes, sweet chutney,green chutney, curd, coriander leaves.
