Steps to the bright light lips:

• Lipstick can act as a magnifying glass on cracked and flaking skin. So, take a very soft toothbrush to gently exfoliate. Use a nourishing balm for a moisture injection.
• To ensure colour longevity, a lip liner is essential. Most make-up artists fill in the whole lip with the pencil giving you extra staying power. Quite often, as pencils are now so creamy in texture, you can just leave it at that. But, if you require a little more moisture then use a small brush to paint over the top with lippy.
